Skanska a.s.
Skanska a.s. is a construction and development group operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and part of the global Skanska group headquartered in Sweden. The Czech-Slovak-Polish cluster chose the free OTRS helpdesk, and we were selected to implement the first international processes with various workflows for the ICT department and procurement, and also for Skanska Reality’s warranty repairs department in the Czech Republic.
