Skanska Reality a.s. provides all real-estate services for Skanska a.s., the fourth-largest developer on the European market. Its customer service and warranty department for the Czech Republic decided to use the free OTRS helpdesk to handle warranty claims on several projects. Together with Mr Miloš Petr, the team manager, we streamlined the whole claims process – from the customer web form to scheduling on-site inspections for reported defects, automatic generation of repair documents, bulk operations on several claims and more.
