Our first successful project was a comprehensive implementation of Oracle Database Appliance, Oracle RAC on Oracle ASM, Oracle Database Vault, Oracle Grid and a DR solution. A follow-up project was the upgrade of the databases to Oracle Database 19c. Another project was the deployment of OTRS for the loan process and a second OTRS instance for general internal requests between departments.
“Over the years in IT I have learned, like everyone, that a key part of success is choosing a partner with experience and enthusiasm. After weighing the factors (price, experience, completeness, of course), the joint offer of Tomáš Solař and Jan Polnický won. The delivery was on time, with a deep understanding of the system, and it even covered work we had expected from other suppliers. I particularly value Tomáš’s and Jan’s pragmatism, knowledge, teamwork, the organisation of the whole delivery and the attitude that the delivery does not end with acceptance. We continue to work with Tomáš and Jan under a service contract.” — Miroslav Rudolf, IT manager (translated from Czech)
